Garlic Butter Steak and Potatoes Skillet: A Mouthwatering and Easy One-Pan Recipe

Ingredients

Garlic Butter Steak and Potatoes Skillet

black pepper:

butter, divided:

cloves garlic, minced:

dried rosemary:

dried thyme:

parsley, chopped:

pounds flank steak:

salt, divided:

Preheat your grill or stovetop grill pan to medium-high heat.

In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese, parsley, minced garlic, Worcestershire sauce, Dijon mustard, salt, and black pepper. Mix well using your hands until all the ingredients are evenly incorporated.

Divide the mixture into 4 equal portions and shape each portion into a patty, about 1 inch thick. Make a slight indentation in the center of each patty with your thumb to prevent it from puffing up while cooking.

Place the burger patties on the preheated grill and cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side for medium doneness. If you prefer your burgers cooked to a different level of doneness, adjust the cooking time accordingly. During the last minute of cooking, add a slice of cheddar cheese on top of each patty to melt.

While the burgers are cooking, lightly toast the hamburger buns on the grill for a minute or until they are slightly golden.

Once the burgers are cooked to your desired level of doneness and the cheese has melted, remove them from the grill and let them rest for a few minutes.

Assemble the burgers by placing a cooked patty on the bottom half of each toasted bun. Top with lettuce leaves, tomato slices, red onion slices, and pickles if desired. Spread ketchup, mustard, and mayonnaise on the top half of the bun.

Place the top bun on the assembled burger and press down gently to hold everything together.

Serve the Steakhouse Burgers immediately and enjoy!

Feel free to customize your burgers by adding other toppings like bacon, sautéed mushrooms, or your favorite sauce. Serve with some crispy fries or a side salad for a complete meal. Enjoy your homemade Steakhouse Burgers!
