One-Pan Traybakes: Easy and Delicious Sheet Pan Meals

Instruction 

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a large baking tray with parchment paper or aluminum foil for easy cleanup.

In a small bowl, whisk together all the ingredients for the sauce/marinade until well combined.

In a separate large bowl, toss the chicken pieces, halved baby potatoes, and chopped vegetables with the olive oil, dried herbs, salt, and black pepper until everything is evenly coated.

Pour the prepared sauce/marinade over the chicken, potatoes, and vegetables, and toss everything together to ensure it's well coated.

Spread the mixture evenly onto the lined baking tray in a single layer.

If using any of the optional add-ins, sprinkle them over the top of the mixture.

Place the tray in the preheated oven and bake for approximately 25-30 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through, and the potatoes and vegetables are tender. Be sure to toss the ingredients halfway through baking for even cooking.

Once the traybake is done, remove it from the oven and let it cool for a couple of minutes.

If desired, sprinkle crumbled feta cheese or grated Parmesan over the top for extra flavor.

Serve the traybake straight from the oven on the baking tray or transfer it to a serving platter.
